As Director of Web Services for InHanse International, a leading‑edge hospitality technology company partnering with Lucent and SunSystems, I led a team of web developers and database administrators in the development and launch of the QuickSilver Enterprise Portal. I created the “Business Traveler” UI theme and produced the full product‑launch suite of kiosk presentations, advertising collateral, and branded partner assets showcasing SmartCard technology.

Following the launch, I managed an offshore team of editors in India who produced destination and business‑opportunity content, as well as in‑house web developers and database administrators responsible for portal functionality. I personally completed more than a dozen portals for Walt Disney World properties and major‑market Hyatts, introduced new value‑added services that generated resort revenue streams, and established an in‑house advertising agency that expanded the firm into commercial website and advertising collateral production.

Prior to the QuickSilver product launch, I developed brand identity systems to create a cohesive look and feel for InHanse strategic partners. Featured here is the fully recreated brand identity for west‑coast partner Clark Cabling, Inc. of Huntington Beach, California, the newest member of the InHanse International family of hospitality technology services. Website design, content development, and a new logo were included in the package.

TITLE: UCF Nicholson School of Communication Alumni Folio

Originally created for the newly constructed UCF Nicholson School of Communication as part of the new brand identity, this Photoshop compilation graced the Alumni Folio and has also been used as an Image Magic website banner art for the Image Magic YouTube Channel, LinkedIn, and Twitter Accounts. This digital illustration was one of many projects done in collaboration with Department Head, Dr. Bob Davis, for more than a decade. Another long-term project was the "I-COM" Alumni Newsletter, which was managed, written and published by Mr. Davis, and designed, produced and edited by Christine Peacock. Peacock and Davis collaborated on many and varied projects for the Communications School until Davis retired.
